Janice Alvey is a Louisville native with over 13 years in sales and another 24 years as a Realtor.  She earned her "Certified New Home Specialist" designation in 2002.  Janice has conducted several first-time home buyer seminars. "I truly enjoy assisting the first- time home buyer in purchasing their first home."

Janice obtained her Broker's license in December 2003 and immediately opened JAG Realty, Inc. as the Principal Broker.
